Our Beginning

Our company was established as Carey Appliance in 1923 by Walter E. Carey.  Carey Appliance specialized in appliance sales and service and residential electrical work.

Carey Electric's Past

        

In 1958, Richard Carey began Carey Electric Cont., Inc. as a separate business from Carey Appliance.  Richard Carey began the tradition of hard work, long hours and cost management.  He worked as an electrician during the day and estimated projects nights and weekends.  His beliefs in hard work, honesty and commitment to excellence are the foundation of Carey Electric.

Today at Carey Electric

Richard Carey, President of Carey Electric continues to estimate projects.

Thomas Carey, Vice-President of Carey Electric, is the CEO and responsible for the company's daily operations.  Thomas is also the chief estimator as well as project manager.

Kathleen Carey Dolezal, Secretary of Carey Electric, is the office manager, in charge of all accounting for the business.

Edward Carey, Assistant Secretary of Carey Electric, is an electrician and project foreman.
